Objectives

Management activities are addressed in SP7 (WP71 and WP72). This SP includes the objective-driven central project management processes, aiming to reach the targeted global project results. The project management processes have been designed to enable efficient coordination of complex research activities carried out by different partner sub-groups whilst ensuring the integration of skills, resources and activities. In addition, within SP7 the project will dedicate substantial efforts to the Dissemination and Exploitation activities (WP73) in order to actively disseminate the knowledge generated in the project as well as to integrate any external knowledge detected in the related fields. The main objective of the aforementioned activities is to promote the exploitation of the project results, by spreading the knowledge incubated within the project to a wide audience form all sectors such as the Industry, SMEs, the Academia and research establishments, but also to the wider public throughout Europe.

Main Activities

One of the activities which will be performed within SP7 involves setting up and providing overall project integration including standardisation topics and communication of recommendations towards regulatory bodies. In addition, SP7 establishes and maintains the project management infrastructure. Moreover, the project dissemination means will be provided. Finally, within SP7, the partners will be supported during the preparation of their exploitation plans.

Main Results

The results of SP7 are related to the management of the project, the Strategic Technology Readiness Level (TRL) Gate Review and the dissemination and exploitation of HAIC research results and findings.
